Terms of Service

Exum is a crypto market intelligence platform: real-time charts, structured snapshots, AI-assisted screening, scenario-based alerts, and an event timeline (the "Service"). We aggregate public market data and publicly available news/on-chain signals and present them in tools that help you reason faster.

Exum is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser. Nothing on Exum is investment advice. Decisions you make using Exum are entirely your own.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You must not be on a sanctions list or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction. We may block access from such regions.
• One person, one account. Don't register on behalf of someone else without their explicit, documented permission.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@pyxl.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service — scraping at scale, evading rate limits, sharing credentials, attempting to compromise other users, or using Exum to target specific people.

The current plans:

• Free — limited tokens, 5 lifetime AI deep-dives, no alerts. Free forever.
• Pro — $19.99 / month — full functional product for serious traders.
• Alpha — $199 / month — adds smart-money flows, custom AI screening, AI-composed layouts, event-aware alerts, and other depth-layer features.

When billing launches via Stripe, paid plans renew monthly on the card on file. Pro includes an introductory trial — the first 7 days are billed at $1. Alpha is billed at its full price from day one (no trial). You can cancel anytime from /account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no pro-rated refunds, but no further charges either.

Refund policy: if you were charged in error, email support@pyxl.ai within 30 days and we'll work it out.

We can change pricing. Changes affecting paid users get at least 30 days' notice by email; you can cancel before the new price applies.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sub-licence, or otherwise redistribute Exum data, AI outputs, or signals as your own product.
• Scrape the platform via automated means beyond personal use, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model prompts.
• Use Exum to manipulate markets — coordinated wash-trading, signal-pumping, or harassment of identifiable people.
• Upload illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.

AI features may produce inaccurate or hallucinated output. Verify everything that matters before acting on it.

We own the Exum software, brand, design, and the structure of our analytics. You own the content you create inside Exum (custom watchlists, scripts, notes). When you save a custom indicator or script, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store it, run it on the chart, and back it up — strictly to operate the Service for you.

Public market data displayed in Exum belongs to the underlying source (e.g. exchanges, CoinGecko). We surface it under their public terms.

Crypto markets are volatile, illiquid, and partially unregulated. Prices can move 50% in an hour. Smart contracts can be exploited. Custodians can fail. You can lose all the money you allocate to crypto.

Exum's tools surface patterns and probabilities — they do not predict the future. Past performance shown on any chart, signal, or playbook is not a guarantee of future results.

Exum is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. AI outputs may be inaccurate. Alert evaluations may miss or false-trigger. Cron jobs may not run on time. We do our best — we don't promise perfection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to Exum in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or losses arising from market movement.

You can delete your account anytime from /account. We can terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms; we will give notice where reasonable. On termination your paid plan stops at the end of the current period and your data is deleted in line with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will get notice by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Exum after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you don't, cancel your account before that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Exum is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under your local mandatory law.
